No trip charge for pickup or on-site service within 25 miles. On-site visits are $85 minimum, which includes the diagnosis and the first hour of work, so you know your starting cost before we arrive. Anything beyond that hour is quoted before we do it. Travel beyond 25 miles is quoted upfront.

The diagnostic fee applies even if you decide not to go ahead with the repair. Prices may be subject to New Jersey sales tax. Business and volume rates available.

Security key setup$60 + keysTwo physical security keys (a main and a required backup) set up on your email, Apple/Google/Microsoft and password manager, plus how to use them. Keys: Yubico Security Key NFC, $35 each ($70 for two). USB-C or USB-A to match your devices, and they tap to unlock on your phone. Keys are sold only with setup, not separately.
Scam cleanup$85 / hrAfter a scam call or remote-access scam: remove the remote software, scan for malware, change passwords and secure your email. We stay with you while you call your bank and freeze your credit. Usually 1 to 2 hours.
iPhone & iCloud Advanced Data Protection$60Turn on Apple's end-to-end encryption so your iCloud backups, photos and notes can only be read on your devices, not even by Apple. Includes setting up your recovery contact or recovery key so you can't get locked out.
