Base: business email lockdown with two-step sign-in required for everyone, router and separate guest Wi-Fi, backup check, a written security report and a one-page security rules sheet for staff.
Per user: password manager, strong passwords and security keys (two required, three recommended for owners and admins; priced below).
Per device: updates, encryption and screen lock.
Up to 10 users or 15 devices; larger offices get a custom quote.
Security keysfrom $35 / keyTwo per user, required: a main key and a backup kept somewhere safe. Owners and admins: three recommended, with the main key carried daily, a backup in a fireproof safe at home for 24/7 access, and a third key plus printed recovery codes in a bank safe-deposit box in case of fire or theft. They stop stolen-password and phishing logins cold.

Handle customer personal information? Get cyber insurance.

Any business that stores names, Social Security numbers, financial, health or payment information should carry cyber liability insurance. It helps cover the costs of a breach, ransomware or stolen data: investigation, notifying customers, legal costs and lost income. Good security lowers your risk, and insurance covers what's left.

Many insurers now require two-step sign-in, backups and up-to-date devices before they'll write a policy. Our setup and written security report help with that application. We don't sell insurance; talk to your insurance agent about coverage.

Our security services make your accounts and devices much harder to break into. They are not a guarantee against every attack, and not a certification of compliance with HIPAA or other regulations.

Diagnostics on trade-ins and dead devices$50Find the fault and quote the fix, with a written condition report either way. Volume rates available.
Secure drive wipefrom $18 / driveWiped to NIST SP 800-88 guidelines before resale, donation or recycling: a verified full overwrite for hard drives, and the drive's built-in secure erase for SSDs. Each drive gets a certificate of sanitization with its serial number.
Priced by how many drives we take in a single pickup or on-site visit:
5 to 9 drives: $25 each (5-drive minimum, $125) · 10 to 49: $18 each · 50 or more: custom quote
Hard drives over 4TB: +$10 each. Failed drives can't be wiped and are referred out for physical destruction.
